Rich and savory, this simple crab dip is ideal for gatherings. Combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1 cup of lump crab meat, ¼ cup mayonnaise, and ¼ cup sour cream in a medium-sized bowl. Add a squeeze of lemon, one teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning, and one teaspoon of garlic powder. Add half a cup of mozzarella or cheddar shreds and stir. Smooth the top of the mixture after transferring it to a small baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 375°F (190°C) until heated and gently browned.
